Browsing Business Profiles.

What does it cost?

Nothing.  There is no cost to the consumer to browse business profiles, other than a few moments of your time to complete and post a feedback card.   Feedback cards come with a Reply Paid address so there is no cost to the consumer.

I didn't receive a feedback card, can I leave feedback any other way?

Yes.  Simply login to your customer profile, or you can access the online feedback page via the homepage.

How do you know the feedback is legitimate?

When a consumer leaves feedback, we ask for their contact details for the purposes of random audits we conduct.  The purpose of these audits is to ensure that its not just a family friend or relative leaving feedback but real customers that our listed businesses are servicing.

Do you monitor business profiles?

Yes.  We want to deliver a tool to consumers that promotes outstanding businesses.  Where 'NO' recommendations are repeately received for a business we investigate and if necessary remove their profile. This is to ensure the integrity of all other listed business in our database is maintained.

What does it cost?

Nothing.  Business can sign up for free and build their profile as they go. There are many features you can access.  We believe these features optimise that part of the sales cycle that will award more work to your business.   Its a great SNAP SHOT of quality aspects of your business, and is a great way to optimise your 'testimonials' in an unbiased manner.
